Meet Hollywood bound Schyler Dixon

Schyler Dixon, 16, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., is the sister of Colton. They might be the most talented brother-sister duo to hit the Idol stage.

They performed together in a band called Messenger prior to Season 10 of Idol, and Schyler impressed me the most Wednesday night with her rendition of The Script’s “Breakeven.”

In fact, the judges complimented her on how much she has improved in the past year.

Both advanced to Hollywood a year ago. Schyler was eliminated at that point; Colton made it all the way to the green mile episode before being ousted.

In her golden ticket video last year, Schyler said she thinks she’d set a great example for other kids her age because of her religious background and positive outlook on like. On Facebook, she classifies her music as R&B / pop / country.
