Central Market to open for Halloween Parade
The Central Market will open its doors on Sunday, Oct. 28, for York Halloween Parade goers from noon until 4 p.m.
The parade, which starts at 2 p.m., will move East on Market Street from the York Fairgrounds to Lehman Street. Attendees are encouraged to visit Central Market for lunch before the parade, or to stop in after the event for an early dinner, desserts or a beverage.
The YWCA is selling souvenir cups at various dining locations, including Bair’s Fried Chicken and JRs Fresh Cut Fries at Central Market. The cups can be used at participating downtown eateries for specials and discounts.
