Story ….

One foggy afternoon two young girls, Brooke and Susan, were playing in Brooke’s backyard, they have been best friends since kindergarten.

Susan and Brooke both get bullied a lot like they are basically invisible to a lot of people meaning that no one really recognizes them. Telling their secrets to each other is something they have in common. They also are called nerds a lot all because they are like the smartest people in their class, and if they are really nerds they get bullied a lot. That is where I come in.

Hi, I’m Amanda and I have been bullied a lot back when I was their age, now look at me I’m a school guidance counselor and I help other little aliens who have the exact same problem I did back when I was their age. Then I started thinking how can I change so I do not get bullied as much, then I said “I will just try being myself for once and see where I will get.”

Being an alien makes me want to think what life being a human is like, so I decided to take a little trip to the planet Earth and I will be the first alien to ever step foot on Earth it will be like, “One big step for the alien and one giant step for the alienkind.”

My plan for Earth is to try and help Brooke and Susan with their bully problem, and hopefully change their lives like I did with mine. So what I did was zoom to Earth and find the two humans that need my help.

On my way down, a meteor came up behind me and rear ended my ship, I had no control whatsoever and I didn’t even enter the Earth’s atmosphere. When I landed I landed in a river in the state where Brooke and Susan lived. After that, I was going to switch my look to like a human, but my switcheroo belt broke in the crash. Looks like I have to sneak around town until I find Brooke and Susan.

I have finally arrived at Brooke’s house and I slipped a letter under her door saying to meet me out back. And seeing, when I got to the backyard, Brooke and Susan were just sitting down thinking of something to do. When they saw me they did not scream or anything they just sat there like, oh my gosh. It turns out they really like aliens and everything about them. Earlier that morning they were reading this book that told a story about this one alien who likes to help the little aliens in the school. They told me that I looked like the guidance counselor in the book and I told them it was true, I was the guidance counselor in the story.

After I got done with that subject we moved on to their bully problem. I had them sit down and take notes, “First thing you should do is try to meet some new kids instead of just the two of you then you won’t feel as invisible as you used to.

“Second, if you don’t want to get bullied so much why not you try complimenting them or ask them why they are so mean all the time and they could end up to be a good friend to you.

“And last but not least, being the smartest in your class is you being yourself and I really can’t help you with that part.”

It was the end of the day and my job was done. It was time to go back home and rest, so for me to get home I had to call my sister April to come pick me up in my ship, and so she did.

That is the story of how I, Amanda the alien, changed two human lives for the very first time in the history of aliens.
