Chapter 1
The Mission

I’ll never forget the day when my sister Marietta, my brother Patrick and I, Isabella, found out our crazy Uncle Jimmy made a spaceship.

It was June 15th when our adventure started. My uncle designed a notebook; not just any old “notebook,” but a spy notebook with a computer, spy tools and a travel portal which could take you all over the galaxy.

Uncle Jimmy told me that I was the commander of the space ship, Marietta was in charge of the maps and all the other buttons, and Patrick was the gunner.

Uncle Jimmy gave us a map from NASA! He told us that NASA received a message from an alien planet through a black hole. NASA needed a team to make contact and do research.

Chapter 2
The Asteroids

We volunteered and needed to leave by the next day.
We blasted off, and then were in outer space.

Marietta yelled, “According to the map, we need to go through the asteroid belt!” We were all afraid, especially me because I had to steer the spaceship through the asteroids. Marietta found a button in the notebook computer called “auto-drive.” I felt relieved.

In exactly five minutes we were going through the asteroid belt. All of a sudden, an asteroid almost hit our spaceship wing.

Patrick destroyed the asteroid with the space gun. “That was close!” I yelled. We were glad when the last asteroid passed us by.

“Now, let’s get to the black hole,” said Marietta.

Chapter 3
The Alien

In ten minutes we could see the black hole. “A UFO! “Quick follow it!” said Marietta.

I steered the spaceship behind the UFO and Patrick, our “gunner” used the “grabber” to capture it. The alien came out. Its body looked like a dolphin, but it had scales all down its back like a fish, and tentacles like a butterfly on its head. The alien spoke, and our computer notebook translated. It said, “Who are you?”

I replied, “We are astronauts from planet Earth. Who are you?”

The alien responded, “I am a crisp creature from planet ZAK. My name is Yolanda.”

I asked Yolanda to take us through the black hole, but did not tell her why because I did not know if her planet was safe. She said yes and helped us.

Chapter 4
The Black Hole and Planet ZAK

We followed Yolanda closer to the black hole and then dove INTO the black hole. Yolanda took us into a worm hole and then landed on her planet ZAK.

We visited with her family, their capital city, and alien shops. Their planet had a lot of red water, so we taught them our favorite water game, Marco Polo. We had such a good time.

Then it was time to leave. Yolanda told us an easier and better way to get home which skipped the asteroid belt. We said “Thank You” and good-bye.

Chapter 5
Home at Last

When we got home, we gave NASA the stuff we collected from planet ZAK. The people at NASA were so happy, they made a book about us, and we went down in history as famous! Even better, we met the president and got medals and money for rewards.
