Free clothing for York City residents
Members of Kaleidoscope Coalition will conduct a free used clothing give-away, 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Aug. 18, on the sidewalk at Family First Health, 116 S. George St.
The event will feature clothing and footwear for children, men and women. All York City residents are welcome to attend.
About the coalition: Founded in 2008, it offers a means to increase positive health outcomes, self-determination and enhance quality of life among families facing economic and/or social challenges. It seeks to expand representation from the following community sectors: medical/health, behavioral, environmental, spiritual, governmental, economical, educational and social. Members adopt a team approach toward actively intervening with families in need.
