RLASD to offer community swim program
The Red Lion Community Swimming Program will conduct its fall registration on Tuesday, Sept. 4, and Wednesday, Sept. 5, in the Red Lion Area Senior High School pool lobby.
Times are 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday for Red Lion Area School District residents and 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday for district residents and non-residents.
Classes begin Monday, Sept. 10. The 10-week courses will feature Red Cross swimming lessons, levels 1 to 6, and parent-tot lessons. Half-hour sessions will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays. Parent-tot lessons will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Lifeguard training will also be offered.
