Free program about birds of prey

The York County Department of Parks and Recreation will present the free program, Raptors Rising – Accipiter Magic, 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays, Oct. 20 and 27, at the North Overlook, off the Oak Timbers Parking Area, Rocky Ridge County Park.

Participants can learn how to identify migrating birds of prey and understand why, and how, birds migrate. Bring binoculars, a field guide and lawn chairs.
