Revs’ manager Mark Mason and pitching coach John Halama shared their plans for the upcoming season. (Note*If the video isn’t at the top of the screen, just click on the “York Revolution” tab).

Duck moves: Long Island announced Friday former Ducks’ left-hander Eric Niesen has been picked up by the Seattle Mariners. He will receive a spring training invite (not sure if it’s big league or minor league spring training, though). The move was apparently made in the last week of January, according to Matt Eddy of Baseball America. In addition, the Ducks have signed right-handed pitcher Connor Graham. Click here for full details regarding Niesen and Graham.

Baby moves: Hopefully I’m not going too TMZ on you guys, but thought I’d pass along some baby info on a former Revs’ star. Erin Aspito, the wife of former Revs’ slugger Jason Aspito, gave birth to the couples’ first child last week. Not sure if it’s a boy or a girl, but Aspito had told me in January they planned to name the child Kennedy Scott Aspito. Jason Aspito has lived in York since 2008. He married Erin in September 2011 and the couple purchased a home in Red Lion Borough last April.
